I contacted Arbortech, and Justin was out the next day to give me an estimate. He answered every question I had and put me at ease. They did a fantastic job trimming the branches that were potential problems but making sure the tree kept its shape. I couldn’t be happier with the work.
Cecile B2024-07-26Excellent professionals! We had a large dead 60+ foot ash tree threatening our garage. Justin came over and explained our different options. I had another local tree company come over for comparison and Justin matched their price. We decided to go with Arbortech because of their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! The tree work was completed expertly. They used a rope pulley system to lower the huge branches down after cutting them. We were amazed that none of our surrounding trees or shrubs were harmed. We recently had planted a row of small arborvitae just 4 feet away from the trunk of the ash. Much to our surprise, none of them were harmed! The work was done in a timely manner and the clean-up was meticulous! I highly recommend Arbortech and will not hesitate to call them for future tree-work.
Ryan Webb2024-07-19I've had over a dozen trees and stumps removed from my property by an array of local companies over the years, all with levels of frustration over some aspect of the bid/removal/cleanup process. Its always stressful. However, I hired Arbortech to remove 3 fallen trees and 3 standing trees from my property in the middle of July '24. The whole process, from the initial scheduling of the bid meeting to total removal/clean up was outstandingly efficient and professional. The cost was the middle bid I recieved for a big job. Some companies I used in the past were so busy they could not even schedule a bid meeting for over a month! But not Arbortech. Despite being several towns away, I had a bid meeting within a day of contact, and a removal day scheduled for two weeks after that meeting. This is pretty rare in this business. The crew was small, but super talented and prepared. They showed up in the morning and were completely done by the early afternoon. I could not have asked for more. Their intense efforts in cleaning up the job after hours of tree removal in blazing heat saved me hours of time and labor. The huge logs were picked up later that same day. I've had companies stall the process out for several months, show up with massively ineffective crews, show up in the setting sun to start jobs, extend jobs to mutiple days, leave logs on my yard, never clean up, and over charge me. The lack of confusion or stress of the whole day was a welcomed change for me in what is typically such a stressful situation. And again, the cost was not the most expensive bid I got on a job that was done effectively and on time. Not that I am looking foward to that day, but if see any more trees down on my property again, my first call will be to hire Arbortech again.

He priced fairly and made the process seamless by scheduling for the following week. His team is professional and methodical in their approach, leaving our yard in great condition. Barbara Timberman2024-07-06During the night a thunder storm knocked down a very large branch that fell onto our house that took down our power and internet lines at night. We called Arbortech 9AM the next morning. Lindsey and Kate took our information and notified their crews. At 2PM they showed up and removed the tree branch and debris by 4:30!!!!!!! Justin, Lindsey, Kate and crew were totally amazing!
Del Laughery2024-07-02We had a situation where multiple trees fell during a thunderstorm overnight. One partially landed on the house. Called and left a message with Arbortech at approximately midnight. Got a call from Lindsey an hour before they opened the next day. The crew arrived at 1 o’clock, and immediately removed the tree from the house. Far faster than I expected. Work was performed with speed, efficiency, and care to ensure no further damage to the house. Cannot recommend these people enough. If you have tree issues, this is the company to call.
